Management System
Schill + Seilacher "Struktol" GmbH has an integrated management system that is a modern and progressive approach to process oriented documentation (e.g. procedure outlines, forms, lists, etc.) pertaining to the management of all aspects of Quality Control, Environmental Stewardship, and Job Safety.
All management relevant processes are identified, named, and documented, with emphasis placed on clear and distinct descriptions of the relevant information. In our framework, all management documents are registered, given a unique number, are regularly updated and made available electronically through our IT-system.

1.1. Integrated Management System
Our integrated Management System (IMS) illustrates our perpetual commitment to forward thinking, and enables us to meet our high standards, fosters self-improvement and allows us to attain the necessary certifications for our products.
1.2. ISO TS 16949
We meet the stringent quality requirements set by the Automotive Industry. To the extent that the ISO TS 16949 guidelines pertain to discontinuous production processes, we have incorporated the requirements into our IMS.
1.3. International Food Standard
Though we at Schill + Seilacher "Struktol" GmbH neither produce nor process food or feed stuff, and are not bound by their respective legal requirements (such as HACCP), we are well aware that a growing share our antifoam products are used in the food and feed industry as technical agents. Consequently, in our IMS we include and have implemented the appropriate process control and sanitary requirements, ensuring that our products are contaminant free.
Our management sets the tone for our organization by setting clear and attainable goals and actively helping the staff meet those goals.
Our employees take great pride in the quality of their work. They are all made aware that they contribute essential elements to our organization, and that everyone benefits from the full inclusion of their capabilities and talents.
The regular evaluation of all interrelated processes fosters constant vigilance and allows us to promptly diagnose any deviations from our set standards and quickly solve the underlying problem.
The continuous self-improvement of our organization is a permanent objective. We regularly interview our employees to assess their satisfaction and hear any improvement proposals they may have. The free exchange of ideas helps encourage and promote and environment enabling the constant improvement of the quality of Schill + Seilacher products and processes.
We work in close cooperation with our suppliers, believing that building a strong relationship with them yields not only a better price, but an increase in the quality of both of our products.
We regularly evaluate our management system to verify that it is indeed helping us achieve our goals and maintain our high quality standards.
The Board of Directors is responsible for the quality of our wares and service. Our Quality Management Representative is responsible for the effective implementation of our management system, and regularly reports to the Board.
Dr. Berthold Just is our current Quality Management Representative and Quality Control Manager.
